ASCOPIAVE: Completion of procedure relating to Withdrawal and Liquidation of Shares

Reference is herein made to the press release dated 9th November 2020, governing the liquidation procedure of residual shares relating to the Rights and Pre-emption Option, promoted by Ascopiave S.p.A. ("Ascopiave" or "Company"), of shares subject to withdrawal, to notify that the Company has completed the said procedure.

Therefore, consequent to the shares un-opted and shares not pre-emptioned, as of 10th December 2020, Ascopiave purchased n. 5.327.813 shares subject to withdrawal, equivalent to 2.273% of the Company's share capital, total worth Euro 20.806.175,33, drawing from the Company's available reserves.

On 10th December 2020, the Company arranged to acknowledge the opted and pre-empted shares to shareholders with rights. In particular, in light of the rights exercised by Ascopiave shareholders, as many as n. 3.621 shares were optioned and n. 2.895 shares were pre-emptioned, for a global total of n. 6.516 shares, representing 0.122% of shares, to the tune of Euro 25.446,29.

The afore-stated operations took place through the Monte Titoli system.

Consequent to the above, Ascopiave S.p.A. now holds n. 17.766.858 ordinary shares, equal to 7.579 % of the share capital.
