ASCOPIAVE: Financial Calendar 2021

Ascopiave S.p.A., in compliance with section 2.6.2 of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. regulation, announces the calendar of main expected company's events for 2021:

March 11, 2021: Board of Directors' Meeting approving the Draft Financial Statements and the consolidated Financial Statements relating to the 2020 financial year

March 12, 2021: Analyst presentation

April 29, 2021: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approving the Financial Statements and illustrating the consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31, 2020 – first call

May 27, 2021: Annual Shareholders' Meeting approving the Financial Statements and illustrating the consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31, 2020 - second call

May 13, 2021: Board of Directors' Meeting approving 1Q 2021 Financial Results

May 14, 2021: Analyst presentation

August 5, 2021: Board of Directors' Meeting approving 1H 2021 Financial Results

August 6, 2021: Analyst presentation

November 11, 2021: Board of Directors' Meeting approving 3Q 2021 Financial Results

November 12, 2021: Analyst presentation

The Draft Financial Statements and the consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31, 2020 will be made available by the Company within the terms set forth under Article 2.2.3 of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Regulation; therefore, Ascopiave will be exempted from the publication of 4Q 2020 Financial Results.

The Company will promptly notify the market about any changes to the above mentioned scheduled events.

Ascopiave is also a partner of the Hera Group in the marketing of gas and electric power, through a 48% stake in Est Energy, a leading operator in the field holding a portfolio of over 1 million sales contracts to end users, mainly in Veneto, Friuli Venezia-Giulia and Lombardy regions.

Ascopiave has been listed under the Star segment of Borsa Italiana since 12th December 2006.
