La controllata Mondo TV Suisse annuncia la sottoscrizione dell'accordo per la licenza mondiale di Toy Master con Silverlit per la terza stagione di Robot Trains

L'accordo conferma l'impegno del produttore di giocattoli di Hong Kong che già aveva lavorato sui giocattoli delle prime due stagioni sulla property

La presenza di una linea giocattolo anche per la nuova stagione, oltre ad essere una fonte di ricavi autonoma, rappresenta una solida base di partenza per il rilancio del licensing di Robot Trains

28 dicembre 2020 – Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che la controllata Mondo TV Suisse ha annunciato di aver sottoscritto con Silverlit, importante produttore e distributore di giocattoli di Hong Kong, un contratto per la concessione della licenza c.d. di "master toy" per lo sviluppo, la produzione e la distribuzione di linee giocattolo dedicate alla terza stagione di Robot Trains, attualmente in produzione.

Con questo accordo Mondo TV ha licenziato i suddetti diritti per tutto il mondo e fino a luglio 2026 al giocattolaio che già aveva lavorato sui prodotti della prima e della seconda stagione dei Robot Trains. Oltre all'importo cosiddetto minimo garantito, in sé non particolarmente significativo, il giocattolaio corrisponderà royalties alla Mondo TV in base ai volumi di vendita dei prodotti in tutto il mondo.

La conferma da parte di Silverlit dell'interesse a lavorare sulla property, oltre a costituire una fonte autonoma di ricavi è un passo importante per la costruzione di una solida base di partenza per il rilancio del licensing di Robot Trains grazie alla serie attualmente in produzione e che si prevede sarà conclusa entro la fine del 2021.

The subsidiary Mondo TV Suisse announced the signing with Silverlit of the Toy Master worldwide license agreement for the third season of Robot Trains

The agreement confirms the commitment of the Hong Kong toy manufacturer who had already worked on the toys of the first two seasons on the property

The presence of a toy line also for the new season, in addition to being an autonomous source of revenues, represents a solid starting point for the relaunch of Robot Trains licensing

28 December 2020: Mondo TV S.p.A. announced that the subsidiary Mondo TV Suisse has announced that it has signed an agreement with Silverlit, an important manufacturer and distributor of toys based in Hong Kong, for the granting of the socalled "master toy" license for the development, production and distribution of toy lines dedicated to the third season of Robot Trains, which is currently in production.

With this agreement Mondo TV has licensed the aforementioned rights for the whole world and until July 2026 to the toy maker who had already worked on the products of the first and second season of Robot Trains. In addition to the so-called minimum guaranteed amount, not important in itself, the toymaker will pay royalties to Mondo TV based on the sales volumes of the products around the world.

The confirmation by Silverlit of the interest in working on the property, in addition to constituting an autonomous source of revenues, is an important step for the construction of a solid starting point for the relaunch of Robot Trains licensing thanks to the series currently in production and which is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
