COMUNICATO STAMPA
IN CONSIDERAZIONE DEL POSITIVO SVILUPPO DEL BUSINESS NEL CORSO DEL 2020, L'ASSEMBLEA ORDINARIA DEGLI AZIONISTI DI IWB S.P.A. DELIBERA LA DISTRIBUZIONE DI UN DIVIDENDO ORDINARIO INTEGRATIVO PARI A EURO 0,40 PER AZIONE
Milano, 21 gennaio 2021– L'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti di Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. ("IWB" o la "Società"), riunitasi in data odierna in seconda convocazione, ha approvato la distribuzione di un dividendo ordinario pari a Euro 0,40, al lordo delle ritenute di legge, per ciascuna azione avente diritto. La data di stacco della cedola n. 5 sarà il 25 gennaio 2021, la data di legittimazione al pagamento ai sensi dell'art. 83-terdecies del D.Lgs. 58/1998 (record date) il 26 gennaio 2021 e la data per il pagamento del dividendo il 27 gennaio 2021.
Tale dividendo è integrativo rispetto alla distribuzione di Euro 0,10 per azione approvata dall'Assemblea ordinaria di IWB lo scorso 16 giugno 2020 e si pone in continuità con la politica di distribuzione dei dividendi deliberata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione del 18 marzo 2020 che, come comunicato al mercato in pari data, aveva indicato fino a 0,50 ad azione il dividend payout sostenibile.
La distribuzione del dividendo avverrà tramite l'utilizzo della riserva "utili portati a nuovo" correlata al risultato 2019.

THANKS TO THE POSITIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ORDINARY BUSINESS, THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF ITALIAN WINE BRANDS S.P.A. RESOLVES THE DISTRIBUTION OF A COMPLEMENTARY ORDINARY DIVIDEND EQUAL TO EUR 0.40 PER SHARE
Milan, 21 January 2021 – The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. ("IWB" or the "Company"), which met today on second call, approved the distribution of an ordinary dividend of Euro 0.40, gross of withholding taxes, per share. The detachment date of coupon no. 5 will be on January 25, 2021, the date of legitimacy for payment pursuant to art. 83-terdecies of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (record date) on January 26, 2021 and the date for the payment of the dividend on January 27, 2021.
This dividend is complementary to the distribution of € 0.10 per share approved by the IWB Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on June 16, 2020 and is in continuity with the dividend distribution policy approved by the Board of Directors on March 18, 2020 which, as communicated to the market on the same date, it had indicated the sustainable dividend payout of up to 0.50 per share.
The distribution of the dividend will take place through the use of the "retained earnings" reserve related to the 2019 result.
