CARLOTTA GATTESCHI, ENTEPRENEUR FROM PARMA, ACQUIRES 1% OF THE SHARE CAPITAL OF RELATECH S.P.A. ALSO THROUGH THE PURCHASE OF THE ISSUER'S TREASURY SHARES

The investment has a medium to long-term time horizon

Milan, 21st January 2021

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italian market (Ticker: RLT), informs that today it has received the communication from Mennone SpA, the reference financial subholding of Dr Carlotta Gatteschi (the "Investor") (previous shareholder of Ocme, a multinational company based in Parma and active in industrial packaging), of having acquired no. 109,200 shares of Relatech S.p.A. equal to 1% of the share capital.

The investor notified the Company that the purchase of the shares is carried out with a medium long-term time horizon of at least 12 months. As part of the transaction, Relatech sold no. 20,300 treasury shares at a price of Euro 8 per share.

Pasquale Lambardi, President and CEO of Relatech, comments: "The transaction confirms the effectiveness of the strategy launched by the Company through the share buyback program, which aims to obtain a stock of securities as an investment to be used for:

- M&A transactions (such as the acquisitions of Mediatech and Xonne concluded in 2020)

- strengthening corporate governance by providing retention plans for the new management and the entry of new high qualified professionals

- welcoming strategic investors into the Group with a medium-long term investment horizon (such as Dr. Gatteschi)".

The transaction testifies that the 3M strategy: Merge, Management, Margin, is a winning model to continue and accelerate the growth path of the Company that began with the listing on the AIM market. The interest of new investors with proven skills in the industrial sector,
