DHH communicates the financial calendar for 2021

Milan, 25 January 2021. DHH S.p.A. ("DHH") (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005203689), the cloud computing provider of Southeast Europe, announces the financial calendar for 2021, which is summarized below:

• 15 February 2021: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (4Q2020);
• 26 March 2021: Board of Directors meeting approving the draft Financial Statements 2020 and the consolidated Financial Statements 2020;
• 28 April 2021: Shareholders' meeting approving the Financial Statements 2020;
• 14 May 2021: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (1Q2021);
• 30 July 2021: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (2Q2021);
• 28 September 2021: Board of Directors meeting approving the six-monthly Financial Statements 2021 subject to voluntarily limited review audit;
• 15 November 2021: Board of Directors meeting reviewing the quarterly results (3Q2021).
