Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 18 January – 22 January 2021

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 25 January 2021

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 18 January and 22 January 2021 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 28 April 2020 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 7,200 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.023% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.2318 per share, for a total of Euro 16,069.00.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 18 January and 22 January 2021 are enclosed.
