COMUNICATO STAMPA

MONDO TV: Atlas Special Opportunities paga a Mondo TV i residui Euro 4.250.000 di cui alla unica tranche di bond relativi all'accordo di investimento con Atlas approvato dall'assemblea lo scorso 13 ottobre 2020 e Mondo TV emette gli ultimi 17 bond convertibili

27 gennaio 2021 – Si comunica che in data odierna, a seguito della richiesta inviata dalla Mondo TV in data 13 ottobre 2020 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data), a fronte del pagamento da parte di Atlas Special Opportunities di Euro 4.250.000 sono stati emessi gli ultimi 17 Bond dell'unica tranche di cui all'accordo di investimento tra la Mondo TV S.p.A. e Atlas Special Opportunities e Atlas Capital Markets approvato dall'assemblea della Mondo TV lo scorso 13 ottobre 2020 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data).

Si rammenta che l'unica tranche aveva ad oggetto 42 Bond, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 10.500.000. Atlas si era avvalsa della possibilità di posporre parzialmente il pagamento fino al 31 gennaio 2021 e pertanto in data 27 ottobre 2020 furono emessi 25 Bond per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 6.250.000.

Con il pagamento odierno di Euro 4.250.000 da parte di Atlas e la conseguente emissione dei 17 Bond residui, si completa quindi l'emissione di cui al suddetto contratto di investimento.

MONDO TV: Atlas Special Opportunities pays Mondo TV the residual 4,250,000 euros referred to in the single tranche of bonds relating to the investment agreement with Atlas approved by the shareholders' meeting on 13 October 2020 and Mondo TV issues the last 17 convertible bonds

27 January 2021 – Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that today, following the request it sent on 13 October 2020 (see press release on the same date), the latest 17 Bond of the single tranche referred to in the investment agreement between Mondo TV SpA and Atlas Special Opportunities and Atlas Capital Markets approved by the meeting of Mondo TV on 13 October 2020 (see press release on the same date) have been issued against the payment by Atlas Special Opportunities of Euro 4,250,000,

It is recalled that the single tranche concerned 42 Bonds, for a total consideration of Euro 10,500,000. Atlas availed of the possibility of partially postponing the payment of the consideration until January 31, 2021, and paid on October 27, 2020, Euro 6,250,000 so that 25 Bonds were issued on same day.

With today's payment of Euro 4,250,000 by Atlas and the subsequent issue of the remaining 17 Bonds, the issue referred to in the aforementioned investment contract is therefore completed.
