Gas Plus S.p.A.: 2021 financial calendar

Milan, 29 January 2021 – Gas Plus S.p.A., in accordance with Article 2.6.2, Paragraph 1, letter b), of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), informs about the 2021 financial calendar:

14 April:	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2020
23 June:	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2020 (sole call)
5 August:	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2021

Conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above mentioned Board of Directors' meetings. Any amendment to the above calendar will be promptly disclosed.
