Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 22 February – 26 February 2021

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 01 March 2021

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 22 February and 26 February 2021 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 28 April 2020 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 19,500 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.061% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.2538 per share, for a total of Euro 43,949.75.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 22 February and 26 February 2021 are enclosed.
