THE GUIDELINES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DOVALUE S.P.A. ON ITS OPTIMAL QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE COMPOSITION

Rome, March 3, 2021

The Board of the Directors of doValue S.p.A., with the prior opinion of the Appointments Committee, in view of its renewal, approved the guidelines on its optimal quantitative and qualitative composition, having also considered the outcome of the board evaluation.
