ASSEMBLEA 8 APRILE 2021: PUBBLICAZIONE DOCUMENTAZIONE

Trieste, 4 marzo 2021 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. ("Fincantieri" o la "Società") informa che, in data odierna, sono stati pubblicati l'Avviso di Convocazione dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti fissata per il prossimo 8 aprile 2021 e le Relazioni Illustrative del Consiglio di Amministrazione sui punti all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea nonché il Documento Informativo relativo al Performance Share Plan 2022-2024.

I citati documenti sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.fincantieri.com) nella sezione "Etica e Governance – Assemblee – Assemblea degli Azionisti 2021" e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" ().

L'ulteriore documentazione relativa all'Assemblea, ivi comprese la Relazione finanziaria annuale, la Dichiarazione non Finanziaria al 31 dicembre 2020, redatta ai sensi del D. Lgs. 30 dicembre 2016, n. 254, la Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari, redatta ai sensi dell'art. 123-bis del D. Lgs. 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58 ("TUF") e la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti, redatta ai sensi dell'art. 123-ter del TUF, verrà messa a disposizione del pubblico, con le stesse modalità di cui sopra, nei termini previsti dalla normativa vigente.

Con riferimento all'Avviso di Convocazione, si informa che lo stesso sarà pubblicato per estratto sul quotidiano "Il Sole 24 Ore" nella giornata di domani, venerdì 5 marzo 2021.
