El.En. S.p.A.: Publication of the Opinion of the Board of Directors on the composition of the new administrative body
Florence, 5 March 2021 – El.En. s.p.a., a leading company in the laser market, listed on the STAR Segment of Borsa Italiana, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that today the Board of Directors, taking into account the outcome of its self-assestment and in compliance with the El.En.'s Politics on the composition of the company's administrative and auditing bodies, has expressed its opinion on what it views as an optimal quantitative and qualitative composition of the new Board. With the approval of the financial statements at 31 December 2020, the mandate of the current board of directors will expire and the shareholders will be called, among other matters, to appoint the new administrative body. This opinion is available at the company's registered office, on the company's website at www.elengroup.com section Investor Relations/governance/shareholders' meeting documents/2021, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a. (eMarket SDIR) and is available at the registered office and on the authorized storage website www.emarketsorage.com
