Milano, 8 marzo 2021 – Edison rende noto che la Relazione del Collegio Sindacale predisposta ai sensi dell'art. 153 del D. Lgs. 58/1998, sull'esercizio 2020 è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede della Società, sul sito di Edison Spa (https://www.edison.it/it/assemblea-degli-azionisti-2021) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().
Si rammenta, inoltre, che la Relazione Finanziaria 2020, la Relazione di Corporate Governance con la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti, la Dichiarazione Consolidata non Finanziaria, corredate con le Relazioni della società di Revisione, e le Relazioni illustrative del Consiglio di amministrazione, con le relative proposte deliberative, sulle materie all'ordine del giorno dell'assemblea convocata per il prossimo 31 marzo 2021, come già comunicato, sono state in precedenza messe a disposizione del pubblico, con le medesime modalità sopra indicate.

Milan, March 8, 2021 – Edison announces that the 2020 Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, prepared pursuant to Art. 153 of legislative decree 58/1998, is available to the public, at the Company's headquarters, on Edison Spa website (https://www.edison.it/en/shareholders-meeting-2021) and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" ().
It is also recalled that the Annual Financial Report at December 31, 2020, the Report on Corporate Governance with the Report on compensation policy and on compensation paid, the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement, together with the Auditing Reports, and the illustrative Reports of the Board of Directors, with the related motions for resolution on the issues on the agenda of the Shareholders' meeting called for March 31, 2021, as already communicated, were previously made available to the public with the same methods indicated above.
