VARIAZIONE CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI 2021

ai sensi dell'art. 6.3 lettera a) e dell'art. 8, lettera f) del Regolamento Delegato (UE) 2016/1052 dell'8 marzo 2016

Torino, 15 marzo 2021

Osai Automation System S.p.A. (Ticker AIM: "OSA"), PMI innovativa attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, comunica, ai sensi dell'articolo 17 del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia, che il Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del progetto di bilancio per l'esercizio 2020 è stato anticipato in data 26 marzo 2021, rispetto alla data del 29 marzo inizialmente prevista.

Di conseguenza, il calendario degli eventi societari dell'esercizio 2021 viene aggionato come di seguito riportato:

26 marzo 2021	Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del progetto di bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2020
29 aprile 2021	Assemblea dei Soci per l'approvazione del bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2020 e la presentazione del bilancio consolidato della Società al 31 dicembre 2020, in prima convocazione, e il 30 aprile 2021, per la eventuale seconda convocazione
27 settembre 2021	Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata della Società al 30 giugno 2021

Osai A.S. provvederà a comunicare tempestivamente al mercato eventuali variazioni alle date sopra indicate.

CHANGE OF 2021 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

pursuant to art. 6.3 letter a) and art. 8, letter f) of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 __________________________________________________________________________________________

Turin, March 15th, 2021

Osai Automation System S.p.A. (the "Company" or "OSAI"), operating in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, pursuant to article 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers' Regulation, that the Board of Directors for the approval of the draft financial statements for the 2020 financial year, it was brought forward to March 26th, 2021, with respect to the date of March 29th initially envisaged.

Consequently, the calendar of corporate events for the year 2021 is updated as follows:

March 26th, 2021	Board of Directors for the approval of the draft financial statements at 31 December 2020
April 29th, 2021	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2020 and the presentation of the consolidated financial statements of the Company as at 31 December 2020, on first call, and on 30 April 2021, for any second call
September 27th, 2021	Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated half-yearly financial report of the Company as at 30 June 2021
