RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE 2020

Vimercate (MB) 16 marzo 2021 – Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria annuale al 31 dicembre 2020 e la Relazione annuale sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari ai sensi dell'articolo 123 bis del Decreto Legislativo 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58 (Testo Unico della Finanza), nonché le relazioni del Collegio Sindacale e della società di Revisione sono disponibili presso la sede legale, presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato all'indirizzo e sono consultabili sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.esprinet.com, nella sezione Investitori - Assemblea degli Azionisti.

Sono altresì pubblicati con le medesime modalità e depositati presso la sede sociale il "Bilancio di Sostenibilità 2020 - Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario" con l'attestazione della società di Revisione richiesta dall'art. 3, comma 10, del D.Lgs. 254/2016 e la Relazione sulla Politica di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti prevista dall'art. 123 ter del Testo Unico della Finanza.

2020 ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT

Vimercate (MB) March 16, 2021 – Esprinet informs that the Annual Financial Statement as at 31 December 2020, the Report on corporate governance and ownership structure pursuant to article 123 bis of the Legislative Decree 24 February 1998 No. 58 (Testo Unico della Finanza), as well as the Reports of the Auditing Firm and Reports of the Board of Auditors, are available at the Company's offices, at the central storage of regulated information at the internet address , as well as on the Company's website at the internet address www.esprinet.com, section Investitori - Assemblea degli Azionisti.

In addition to the above, the '2020 Sustainability Report - Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information', including the Independent Auditor's Report pursuant to article 3, paragraph 10, of the Italian Legislative Decree 254/2016 as well as the Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid pursuant to article 123 ter (Testo Unico della Finanza) are published in the same modalities and are filed at the Company's offices.
