Resignation of an effective member of the Board of Statutory Auditors

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 24 March 2021

Servizi Italia S.p.A. - a company listed in the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and leader in the outsourcing of hospital services in Italy, Brazil, Turkey, India, Albania and Morocco – here announces that today Benedetta Pinna has resigned, with effectfrom 2 April 2021, from her position as effective member of the Board of Statutory Auditors, owing to professional reasons.

The Company wishes to thank Ms. Pinna for the activities carried out and the commitment shown in the performance of her duties.

It is hereby stated that as from 2 April 2021, pursuant to the law and the Articles of Association, the office of Standing Auditor will be taken over by the Alternate Auditor Elena Iotti drawn from the same list of the resigning Standing Auditor submitted by the majority Shareholder Aurum S.p.A. at the Shareholders' Meeting held on 28 April 2020. She shall remain in office until the first Company's Shareholders' Meeting following the one already convened for 20-21 April 2021 (given the expiry of the legal terms for the integration of the agenda of the Meeting already convened).
