Roma, 29 March 2021 - Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or "the Company") informs that the illustrative report of the Board of Directors concerning the items on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for 29 April 2021, drawn up pursuant to art. 125-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998, ("TUF"), and the Remuneration Report, drawn up pursuant to art. 123-ter TUF, are available to the public at the Company's registered office in Via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investor Relations, Shareholders' Meeting 2021") and at the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (). Additional documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting, as required by current legislation, will be made available to the public, in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by law.

The experience and knowhow built up over more than 50 years puts Avio at the cutting edge of the space launcher sector, solid, liquid and cryogenic propulsion and tactical propulsion. Avio operates in Italy, France and France Guyana with 5 facilities, employing approx. 1,000 highly-qualified personnel, of which approx. 30% involved in research and development. Avio is a prime contractor for the Vega programme and a sub-contractor for the Ariane programme, both financed by the European Space Agency ("ESA"), placing Italy among the limited number of countries capable of producing a complete spacecraft.
