Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2020, unitamente alle relazioni della Società di Revisione e del Collegio Sindacale, sono disponibili presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa di Fiera Milano S.p.A. e sono, altresì, consultabili sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it nella sezione Investitori, nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato . Con le stesse modalità sono, altresì, resi disponibili: la Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario ex D.Lgs. n. 254/2016, la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari ex art. 123-bis del D.Lgs. 58/98, la Relazione sulla Politica in materia di Remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ex art. 123-ter del D.Lgs. 58/98 e il Documento informativo ex artt. 114-bis D.Lgs. 58/1998 e 84-bis del Regolamento Consob 11971/1999.

The Annual Report at 31 December 2020, together with the Independent Auditors' report and the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, are available at the registered office and at the operational and administrative office of Fiera Milano S.p.A. The aforementioned reports are also available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it in the Investors section, as well as on the authorized electronic storage system . The Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 254/2016, the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to Article 123-bis of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/98, the Report on the remuneration policy and remuneration paid pursuant to Article 123-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/98 and the Information paper pursuant to Article 114-bis of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/98 and Article 84-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999 are also available with the same criteria.
