FIERA MILANO: PUBBLICAZIONE DOCUMENTAZIONE

Milano, 30 marzo 2021. Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano") comunica che, con riferimento all'Assemblea convocata per il 28 aprile 2021, nella giornata odierna, sono stati resi disponibili presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa della Società:

• la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2020, unitamente alle relazioni della Società di Revisione e del Collegio Sindacale;
• la Relazione sulla Politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ai sensi dell'articolo 123-ter del D.Lgs. n. 58/1998;
• la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari 2020 ai sensi dell'articolo 123 bis del D.Lgs. n. 58/1998;
• la Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario 2020 ai sensi del D.Lgs. 254/2016, corredata dalla relazione della Società di Revisione;
• il Documento Informativo relativo al Piano di incentivazione ai sensi dell'articolo 114-bis del D.Lgs. 58/1998.

La suddetta documentazione è altresì consultabile sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it nella sezione Investitori/Governance e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato .

FIERA MILANO: PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Milan, 30 March 2021. Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano") communicates that, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' meeting convened for 28 April 2021, the following documents have been made available at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters:

• the Annual Report at 31 December 2020, together with the Independent Auditors' report and the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• the report on the Remuneration Policy and remuneration paid pursuant to Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998;
• the 2020 Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to Article 123 bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998;
• the 2020 Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information under Legislative Decree no. 254/2016, together with the independent auditor's report;
• the information Document related to the Incentive Plan pursuant to Article 114-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998.

The aforementioned documents are available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it, in the Investors/Governance section, and on the authorised storage system .

The English version of the Annual Report and of the Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information will be made available in the near future.
