RELATECH: Extraordinary Shareholders' meeting notice
Milan, 31 st March 2021
Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), informs that the Board of Directors meeting held today resolved to convene the Shareholders' Meeting, already scheduled in ordinary session for 23rd April 2021, also in extraordinary session to resolve on some amendments to the Articles of Association in order to comply with the best practice for companies listed on AIM Italy. The notice of call, as well as all the documentation that will be submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting, will be made available to the public within the timeframe and in the manner required by law, as well as on the Company's website.
