An Alternate Statutory Auditor replaces a Standing Auditor

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 2 April 2021

Following the announcement made on 24 March 2021, Servizi Italia S.p.A. – a company listed in the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and leader in the outsourcing of hospital services in Italy, Brazil, Turkey, India, Albania and Morocco – informs that today the position of Statutory Auditor has been taken over, in accordance with the law and the Articles of Association, by the Alternate Auditor Elena Iotti. The name was taken from the same list as the resigning Standing Auditor, Benedetta Pinna, presented by the majority Shareholder Aurum S.p.A. at the Shareholders' Meeting of 28 April 2020.

Elena Iotti will remain in office until the first Company's Shareholders' Meeting following the one already called for 20-21 April 2021 (since terms for integrating the agenda of the called Meeting have expired).

Moreover, as of today, the Board of Statutory Auditors ascertained the existence of the independence requirements set out by current legislation and by the Corporate Governance Code for Elena Iotti, acknowledging that the updated composition of the Board complies with current legislation on gender balance.

Finally, based on the information available to the Company, Elena Iotti does not hold shares in Servizi Italia S.p.A.
