Gas Plus S.p.A.: updated 2021 financial calendar

Milan, 12 April 2021 pursuant to Section 2.6.2, Paragraph 1, letter b), of the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Markets Rules ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), Gas Plus S.p.A informs about the updating of the 2021 financial calendar, published on 29 January 2021. The Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2020 set for 14 April 2021 is postponed to 20 April 2021. The dates of the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2020 and of the Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2021 are confirmed.

Please find below, the updated financial calendar 2021, available also on the web-site www.gasplus.it, section Investor Relations.

• 20 April: Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2020
• 23 June: Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2020 (sole call)
• 5 August: Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2021

Conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above mentioned Board of Directors' meetings. Any amendment to the above calendar will be promptly disclosed.
