Firenze, April 13th 2021 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the form for the delegation and the form for the proxy to the Appointed Representative have been published today on the Company's website www.elengroup.com section Investor Relations/Governance/shareholders' meeting documents/2021/shareholders' meeting April 27th 2021 – May 4th 2021, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a, (eMarket SDIR) and a copy of such documents is now available at the Company's registered office and on the authorized storage website .
