Si rende noto che sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale, presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A., presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio centralizzato "eMarket Storage", accessibile all'indirizzo e sul sito internet della Società www.sabafgroup.com, nella sezione Investitori, Assemblee il progetto di bilancio d'esercizio al 31 dicembre 2020 e il bilancio consolidato del Gruppo Sabaf, completi di tutti gli allegati richiesti dalla vigente normativa. Sabaf S.p.A. wishes to announce that the draft financial statements for the year to 31 December 2020 and the consolidated financial statements of the Sabaf Group, along with all the attachments required by the laws in force, are available to the public at the registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the authorized storage system and in the Investors, Shareholders' meetings section of the Company website www.sabafgroup.com.

Also available are:

• the 2020 Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure
• the Consolidated non-financial statement
• the 2020 Policy and Report on Remuneration

The financial statements or the summary of the fundamental last financial statements' data of the Group subsidiaries, prepared pursuant to article 2429 paragraph 3 and 4 of the Italian Civili Code, are available to the public at the registered office, in accordance with art. 77 paragraph 2-bis of the regulation adopted with Consob resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999.
