Modification of the Share Capital

Trieste - We hereby inform that the share capital of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts now to € 1,581,069,241 due to the completion of the share capital increase, in execution of the Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company on April 19th 2018.

Indeed, the inscription of the document certifying such increase has been formally lodged on April 15th 2021 with the Venezia Giulia Company's Register.

Therefore, as illustrated in the following table, the above-mentioned capital is subdivided into 1,581,069,241 ordinary shares of € 1.00 each (par value).
