Updating of the corporate events calendar 2021

The Company announces that the Board of Directors will meet on 14 May 2021 to approve, inter alia, the draft financial statements as at 31 December 2020 and to define the date of the Shareholders' Meeting, which will be convened, inter alia, to assess the 2020 financial statements.
In the light of the continuation of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, the Company will exercise the additional period of 180 days from the end of the financial year for the approval of the financial statements, in accordance with the provisions of the emergency regulations (Article 106 of Decree-Law No. 69 of 17 March 2020, converted by Law No. 27 of 24 April 2020, as last amended by Article 3, paragraph 6, of Decree-Law No. 183 of 31 December 2020, converted, with amendments, by Law No. 21 of 26 February 2021).
