San Donato Milanese (MI), 26 aprile 2021 – In relazione alla prossima Assemblea degli azionisti del 30 aprile 2021, per la quale è prevista la partecipazione esclusivamente per il tramite del Rappresentante Designato, Studio Trevisan & Associati, Saipem comunica che le risposte alle domande, fatte pervenire dagli azionisti entro il termine del 21 aprile 2021, sono disponibili sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo: www.saipem.com /governance/assemblea degli azionisti.
