Change in 2021 Calendar of Corporate Events

Vimercate (MB), April 30, 2021 - In accordance with article 2.6.2, c. 1, let. b) and 2.2.3 c. 3 let. a) of the Market Rules organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., ESPRINET communicates that the 2021 calendar of corporate events was modified as follows: the Mid & Small Virtual | Spring event organized by Virgilio IR, originally scheduled for the period 18/20 May 2021, is now scheduled for the period 15/17 June 2021.

We also announce that on May 18, 2021 Esprinet will participate in the Italian Investment Conference 2021, organized by Unicredit & Kepler Cheuvreux.

Finally, on 19 May 2021 Esprinet will participate in the Virtual Tech Day, organized by Intermonte.
