Il MISE concede il credito d'imposta a OSAI per 500 mila euro per i costi sostenuti in fase di IPO

Torino, 4 maggio 2021

OSAI Automation System S.p.A., (Ticker AIM: OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, comunica di aver ricevuto in data odierna dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico - Direzione Generale per la Politica Industriale - L'Innovazione e le Piccole e Medie Imprese - la comunicazione di riconoscimento della fruizione del Credito di Imposta, ai sensi dell' Articolo 1, commi da 89 a 92, della legge 27 dicembre 2017, n. 205 per un ammontare di Euro 500.000, pari all'importo massimo concedibile.

Tale ammontare sarà utilizzato a compensazione di altri tributi a debito dell'impresa.

Si comunica che l'aiuto è stato registrato nel Registro Nazionale Aiuti (RNA) con il codice COR n. 5222234 e che il relativo CUP è il n. B19J21000900008.

The MISE grants the tax credit to OSAI for 500 thousand euros for the costs incurred in the IPO phase

Turin, May 4th 2021

The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Osai A.S. S.p.A. (Ticker AIM: OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors announces that today it has received from the Ministry of Economic Development - General Directorate for Industrial Policy - Innovation and Small and Medium Enterprises - the communication of recognition of the use of the Tax Credit, pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs from 89 to 92, of the law 27 December 2017, n. 205 for an amount of Euro 500,000, equal to the maximum amount that can be granted.

This amount will be used to offset other taxes owed by the company.

We inform you that the aid has been registered in the National Aid Register (RNA) with the COR code no. 5222234 and that the related CUP is no. B19J21000900008
