ASSEGNAZIONE WARRANT OSAI 2020-2025
Torino, 07 maggio 2021 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A., (Ticker AIM: OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, comunica che, a seguito del completamento del processo di assegnazione dei "Warrant OSAI S.P.A. 2020-2025", il numero complessivo di Warrant assegnati è stato di n. 1.499.113 invece di 1.499.120.

WARRANT OSAI 2020-2025 ASSIGNMENT
Turin, May 7th 2021 - OSAI Automation System SpA, (Ticker AIM: OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that, following the completion of the assignment process of the "Warrants OSAI SPA 2020-2025 ", the total number of Warrants assigned was n. 1,499,113 instead of 1,499,120.
