Notice of publication of documents

Milan, 7 May 2021 - Further to the news release published on 15 April 2021, we herewith inform that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 15 April 2021, relating, among other things, to the approval of the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association, was registered, on 4 May 2021, based on prior authorisation of the Supervisory Authority communicated on 29 March 2021, in the competent Register of Companies of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi, pursuant to and in accordance with art. 2436 of the Italian Civil Code.

Therefore, as of today, according to the terms and methods set forth in the legislation in force, the following documents are made available to the public on the website of Banco BPM www.gruppo.bancobpm.it (Corporate Governance section), at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as well as on the website of the authorized central storage mechanism :

• the Articles of Association of Banco BPM, as amended by the afore-mentioned Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 15 April 2021;
• minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 15 April 2021.
