Increase in number of shares and votes in Stendörren

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) ("Stendörren") announces that Stendörren's registered number of shares, votes and share capital has increased through the directed share issue of 2,630,208 B shares, corresponding to 2,630,208 votes, which was announced in October 2024.

As of 31 October 2024, the total number of registered shares in Stendörren is 31,058,473, distributed between 2,500,000 A shares and 28,558,473 B shares. Accordingly, the number of votes in Stendörren as of 31 October 2024 amounts to 53,558,473, distributed between 25,000,000 votes on the basis of A shares and 28,558,473 votes on the basis of B shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 18,635,083.80.
