Si rende noto che il Verbale dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 29 aprile 2021 è a disposizione del pubblico presso la Sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.landirenzogroup.com, sezione Investors) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().

The Company announces that the notice of the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 29, 2021 is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company website (www.landirenzogroup.com in the Investors section) and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" ().
