MONDO TV raggiunge la prima intesa sul publishing dei MeteoHeroes in Europa dell'Est

L'intesa portata dall'agente ELC segna il primo passo per lo sviluppo del licensing dei MeteoHereos in paesi dove il Gruppo non ha una presenza diretta

17 maggio 2021 – Mondo TV informa di aver raggiunto un'intesa preliminare con Menart d.o.o., società con sede a Zagabria (https://www.menart.hr/igracke/en/), per la licenza di diversi prodotti publishing derivati dalla serie MeteoHeroes, coprodotta da Mondo TV con MOPI.

L'intesa negoziata dall'agente ELC (cfr. Comunicato Stampa del 8 gennaio 2021) avrà durata di tre anni e avrà come copertura i territori di Croazia e Slovenia con pagamento di un minimo garantito, in sé non significativo, ed eventuali royalties dopo il recupero del medesimo minimo garantito da parte della licenziataria.

Si tratta della prima intesa raggiunta in relazione al licensing della serie MeteoHereos fuori dall'Italia e soprattutto in paesi dove il Gruppo non ha una propria presenza diretta. Con questa intesa arrivano quindi i primi risultati del lavoro fatto dal Gruppo a livello internazionale anche nel settore licensing, dopo l'ottimo piazzamento televisivo con una copertura in più di 120 paesi nel mondo (cfr. Comunicato Stampa del 23 dicembre 2020).

MONDO TV reaches its first understanding on the publishing of MeteoHeroes in Eastern Europe

The agreement brought by ELC marks the first step for the development of the licensing of MeteoHereos in countries where the Group does not have a direct presence

17 May 2021 - Mondo TV informs that it has reached a preliminary understanding with Menart doo, a company based in Zagreb (https://www.menart.hr/igracke/en/), for the license of various publishing products derived from the MeteoHeroes series, co-produced by Mondo TV with MOPI.

The agreement negotiated by the agent ELC (see Press Release of 8 January 2021) will have a duration of three years and will cover the territories of Croatia and Slovenia with the payment of a minimum guarantee, in itself non-significant, and possible royalties after the recovery of the same minimum guarantee by the licensee.

This is the first agreement reached in relation to the licensing of the MeteoHereos series outside Italy and especially in countries where the Group does not have its own direct presence. With this agreement, the first results of the work done by the Group internationally also in the licensing sector arrive, after the excellent television coverage in more than 120 countries around the world (see Press Release of 23 December 2020).
