WEEKLY INFORMATION PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Milan, May 21st 2021
Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), announces that has carried out on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), as part of the buy-back program, in the period from 17th May 2021 to 21st May 2021, the purchase of a total of no. 23,100 ordinary shares for a total value of Euro 59,913.00.
The purchases were made with the coordination of BPER Banca S.p.A., an intermediary entrusted with full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the program for the purchase of ordinary treasury shares.

It should be noted that, on May 21, 2021, the closing of the acquisition of 60% of the capital of DIALOG SISTEMI S.r.l. was completed, which provided for the payment of an in kind component through the sale of a total of no. 73,134 Relatech treasury shares (for more information, see the press release issued today).
Therefore, as of the date of this press release, Relatech S.p.A. directly holds no. 1,435,722 own shares, equal to 4.38% of the share capital.
Taking into consideration the shares issued following the closure of the second exercise period of the "Warrants Relatech 2019-2022" (for more details, see the press release issued today), the treasury shares held are equal to 3.80% of the share capital.
