Firenze, May 24th 2021 – Notice hereby is given that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting occurred on April 27th, 2021 is now available to the public at the company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a., on the company web site www.elengroup.com (section: "Investor Relations / Governance / Shareholders' meeting documents / 2021 / Shareholders' meeting April 27th, 2021 – May 4th, 2021") and on authorized storage website .
Today notice of such availability has been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".
