Pisa, 26 th May 2021 – PharmaNutra S.p.A. (MTA; Ticket PHN) announces that the notice of Shareholders' Meeting held on 26 April 2021 is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website at www.pharmanutra.it (section Governance/Shareholders' Meetings) and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage" ().

Founded and led by the President Andrea Lacorte and Vice President Roberto Lacorte, PharmaNutra was established in 2003. It develops unique nutritional supplements and innovative medical devices, handling the entire production process, from proprietary raw materials to the finished product.
