DOVALUE: EARLY PAYMENT DATE OF 2021 DIVIDEND

Rome, May 27, 2021 – doValue announces that the company, having verified and met in advance the compliance with the terms of its existing financial facilities, will anticipate the payment of the dividends for €20.8 million resolved by the last shareholders' meeting to June 23, 2021 (with ex-dividend date on June 21, 2021 and record date on June 22, 2021), instead of August 11, 2021.

Dividend per each ordinary share, net of treasury shares, will be equal to €0.2616.
