30 maggio 2021. Exprivia - società quotata al mercato MTA di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - con riferimento a quanto disposto dall'art. 144–octies co. 2 del Regolamento Emittenti ed in relazione alla nomina del Collegio Sindacale di Exprivia S.p.A. per gli esercizi 2021 – 2023, come da ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti convocata per il giorno 23 giugno 2021 in prima convocazione e, occorrendo, per il giorno 24 giugno 2021 in seconda convocazione, rende noto che non è stata depositata alcuna lista di minoranza per la nomina dei Sindaci alla scadenza dei termini utili per il deposito delle liste, ossia il 29 maggio 2021.
In conformità a quanto stabilito dall'art. 144–sexies co. 5 del Regolamento Emittenti e dall'art. 23 dello Statuto della Società, si informa che liste di minoranza per la nomina del Collegio Sindacale potranno essere depositate entro e non oltre il giorno 1 giugno 2021 presso la sede legale di Exprivia S.p.A., ovvero tramite posta elettronica certificata all'indirizzo [email protected], da parte di soci che siano titolari, da soli ovvero unitamente ad altri soci, di una quota di partecipazione complessivamente pari ad almeno il 1,25% del Capitale Sociale.

May 30, 2021. Exprivia - a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - with reference to the art. 144–octies, paragraph 2 of Regolamento Emittenti and in relation to the appointment of the Statutory Auditors of Exprivia S.p.A. for financial years 2021 - 2023, scheduled on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called on the 23rd June 2021 on first call and, if necessary, on the 24th June 2021 on second call, announces that no minority list has been filed for the appointment of the Statutory Auditors at the expiry of the deadline for filing the lists, i.e. May 29, 2021.
In accordance with art. 144-sexies, paragraph 5 of Regolamento Emittenti and with art. 23 of the Company's Statuto, Exprivia informs that the minority lists for the appointment of Statutory Auditors may be filed no later than the 1 st June 2021 at the registered office of Exprivia S.p.A., or via certified electronic mail to the address [email protected], by shareholders who own, either alone or together with other shareholders, at least 1.25% of the Share Capital.
