COMUNICAZIONE RELATIVA AL TASSO CEDOLARE SUL PRESTITO OBBLIGAZIONARIO DENOMINATO "EXPRIVIA S.P.A. – 5,80% 2017-2023"
07 giugno 2021. La società Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al mercato MTA di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] –– con sede legale in via Adriano Olivetti 11, Molfetta (BA), comunica che il parametro PFN / EBITDA rilevato sulla base del progetto di bilancio al 31 dicembre 2020 approvato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione il 30 aprile 2021, relativo al Gruppo dell'Emittente, così come definito nel Regolamento del Prestito, è risultato pari a 1,9, inferiore al limite di 3,0; per tale motivo, come previsto dall'art.7 del Regolamento del Prestito, il tasso di interesse annuale per il periodo dal 14 dicembre 2020 al 14 dicembre 2021 si riduce dal 5,80% al 5,30%. Pertanto il tasso cedolare sul prestito obbligazionario denominato "Exprivia S.p.A. – 5,80% 2017-2023" codice ISIN IT0005316382 di nominali Euro 23.000.000,00, quotato sul mercato ExtraMOT PRO, che sarà pagato il 14 giugno p.v., avrà le seguenti caratteristiche:
- tasso di interesse annuale 5,30%, tasso interesse rata semestrale 2,65%
- periodo di godimento 14 dicembre 2020 14 giugno 2021
- entità della cedola Euro 487.600,00 (quattrocentottantasettemila seicentocento/00)
- data di pagamento 14 giugno 2021

NOTICE REGARDING THE COUPON RATE ON THE BOND DENOMINATED "EXPRIVIA S.P.A. - 5.80% 2017-2023"
June 7, 2021. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – with registered office in via Adriano Olivetti 11, Molfetta (BA), informs that the NFP / EBITDA parameter reported on the Pro Forma Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2020, approved by the Board of Directors on April 30, 2021, relating to the Issuer's Group, as defined in the Loan Regulations, was 1.9, lower than the limit of 3.0; for this reason, in accordance with Art. 7 of the Loan Regulation, the annual interest rate for the period from 14 December 2020 to 14 December 2021 is reduced from 5.80% to 5.30%.
Therefore, the coupon rate on the bond denominated "Exprivia S.p.A. - 5.80% 2017-2023" ISIN code IT0005316382 of nominal Euro 23,000,000.00, quoted on the ExtraMOT PRO market, which will be paid on June 14th 2021, will have the following feature:
- annual interest rate 5.30%, half-year instalment interest rate 2.65%
- period December 14th , 2020 – June 14th , 2021
- coupon amount Euro 487,600.00 (four hundred eight thousand six hundred/00)
- payment date June 14th, 2021
