09 giugno 2021. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al mercato MTA di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] –– informa che, con riferimento al comunicato diffuso il 2 giugno u.s., in cui l'emittente comunicava la disponibilità del socio di maggioranza di tenere l'assemblea in seconda convocazione, in considerazione di rilevanti esigenze di business, l'assemblea si terrà in prima convocazione e precisamente il 23 giugno ore 11:00 p.v., con le modalità precisate nell'avviso di convocazione.

Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that, with reference to the press release issued on the last June 2, in which the issuer communicated the availability of the majority shareholder to hold the meeting on second call, in consideration of significant business needs, the meeting will be held on first call and precisely on the next June 23 at 11:00, in accordance with the procedures established in the notice of call.
