Saipem: Il CFO Antonio Paccioretti nominato Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari
San Donato Milanese (MI), 9 giugno 2021 – Saipem S.p.A. informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione, sentito il Comitato per la Remunerazione e le Nomine e con il parere favorevole del Collegio Sindacale, ha oggi nominato Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari, ai sensi dell'art. 154-bis del D. Lgs n. 58/1998, Antonio Paccioretti, che riveste dal 1 giugno 2021 la carica di Chief Financial Officer della Società, con la responsabilità delle funzioni Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo.
In conformità a quanto richiesto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati di Borsa Italiana, si informa che Antonio Paccioretti non detiene azioni della Società.

Saipem: Saipem's CFO, Antonio Paccioretti, is appointed Manager in charge of the preparation of the Company's Financial Reports
San Donato Milanese (Italy), June 9, 2021 - Saipem S.p.A. informs that today the Board of Directors having heard the Compensation and Remuneration Committee and with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors - appointed Antonio Paccioretti as Manager in charge of the preparation of the Company's Financial Reports, pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998. Mr. Paccioretti has held the position of Saipem's Chief Financial Officer since June 1, 2021 and is responsible for the Administrative, Finance and Control functions of the Company.
In compliance with Borsa Italiana's Market Regulations, we inform that Antonio Paccioretti has no shareholdings in the Company.
