COMUNICAZIONE DELL'AMMONTARE COMPLESSIVO DEI DIRITTI DI VOTO ALLA C.D. "RECORD DATE"
15 giugno 2021. Exprivia - società quotata al mercato MTA di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - in previsione dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti convocata per il giorno 23 giugno 2021 in prima convocazione e, occorrendo, per il giorno 24 giugno 2021 in seconda convocazione, comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 85‐bis, comma 4‐bis, ultima parte, del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999, l'ammontare complessivo dei diritti di voto, con indicazione del numero di azioni che compongono il capitale, alla data di cui all'art. 83-sexies, comma 2 del D.Lgs. 58/98 (c.d. record date).

NOTIFICATION TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS AT THE "RECORD DATE"
June 15, 2021. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that, considering the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for the 23rd June 2021 in first call and, if necessary, for the 24th June 2021 in second call, pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis last part, of Regolamento Emittenti Consob no. 11971 of May 14th 1999, the total amount of voting rights, with an indication of the number of shares that make up the capital, on the date referred to in art. 83-sexies, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 58/98 (so-called 'record date').
