RELATECH: PUBLISHES ITS FIRST ESG REPORT

Milan, 21 June 2021

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on the AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), which offers to the market innovative solutions dedicated to the digital transformation of enterprises, publishes its first ESG Report.

The ESG Report 2020, drawn up on a voluntary basis and in compliance with the GRI Standards: Core option, represents for Relatech the beginning of an important path of nonfinancial communication. The project stems from the company's desire to steer its business increasingly towards sustainable and cutting-edge systems, in the conviction that it can play a crucial role in the country's digital transformation process and generate value for its stakeholders. This desire - to play a social role in the sustainable development of the country - has led Relatech to name its first Report using the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) term: the Group is fully aware of the rapidly changing national and European context and the importance of strengthening its strategy, practice and monitoring of ESG performance in order to respond promptly to market demands.

The ESG 2020 Report describes the Group's alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Relatech contributes in a particularly effective way to 4 of the 17 Goals related to innovation and research, decent work, the enhancement of resources through the training of new skills and the improvement of knowledge sharing, collaborations and active partnerships.

In just four years Relatech has in fact completed more than 15 projects related to technologies of interest for the next 10 years in the fastest growing technological fields, such as Digital Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics, IoT, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Blockchain. The innovation pursued through the Open Innovation approach, carrying out internal research and development activities in collaboration with universities or academic spin-offs and research institutes, allows to create a solid dialogue with the territory also through the attraction of talents.

Thanks to a strengthened governance, sustainability principles and actions have become an integral part of the Group's way of doing business, giving more vigor to the growth strategy, based on the 3M Strategy, with 7 M&A transactions in the last 5 years: the entry of companies with a high level of specialization significantly enriches the Group, also thanks to the integration of new collaborators and their skills that contribute to the increase of cross-selling plans and the expansion of the customer base.

During 2020, the Group excelled in supporting customers by offering innovative services and scalable and flexible, yet secure and reliable, digital solutions in the Cloud. The activation of a knowledge sharing relationship and the construction of a common digital culture have also ensured the acquisition of an education in Digital Innovation, favoring the creation of a lasting loyalty and increasing customer satisfaction and competitiveness in the new market scenario.
