WEEKLY INFORMATION PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Milan, July 2 nd 2021
Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), announces that has carried out on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), as part of the buy-back program approved by the shareholders' meeting of December 30, 2020, in the period from 28 th June 2021 to 2 nd July 2021, the purchase of a total of no. 19,425 ordinary shares for a total value of Euro 48,599.25.
The purchases were made with the coordination of BPER Banca S.p.A., an intermediary entrusted with full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the program for the purchase of ordinary treasury shares.
Below is a breakdown on a daily basis of the purchases made in the above period, based on the information provided by the aforementioned intermediary in charge:

In addition, it should be noted that:

on June 29, 2021 following the closing of the acquisition of 60% of the capital of Gruppo SIGLA S.r.l., no. 147,970 treasury shares were assigned to the selling shareholders of Gruppo SIGLA who have undertaken a specific lock-up commitment in relation to the Relatech shares purchased, for a period of 12 months from the closing of the transaction.

on June 30, 2021, following the closing of the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Mediatech S.r.l., no. 330,000 treasury shares were assigned to the selling shareholders of Mediatech who have undertaken a specific lock-up commitment in relation to the Relatech shares purchased, for a period of 12 months from the closing of the transaction.
Therefore, as at the date of this press release, Relatech S.p.A. directly holds no. 967,761 treasury shares, equal to 2.56% of the share capital.
