Firenze, July 6th 2021 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the form for the delegation and the form for the proxy to the Appointed Representative have been published today on the Company's website www.elengroup.com section Investor Relations/Governance/shareholders' meeting documents/2021/special shareholders' meeting July 20th 2021 - July 21st 2021, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a, (eMarket SDIR) and a copy of such documents is now available at the Company's registered office and on the authorized storage website .
