("Poste Italiane") advises that the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting held on 24 June 2021, relating to the approval of the partial demerging and the merging concerning the corporate reorganization of the subsidiaries Nexive Group S.r.l., Nexive Servizi S.r.l., and Nexive Network S.r.l., are available to the public at the Company's headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A, on the Company's website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket-Storage" ().
