WEEKLY INFORMATION PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Milan, July 9 th 2021

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (DESK) Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), announces that has carried out on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), as part of the buy-back program approved by the shareholders' meeting of December 30, 2020, in the period from 5 th July 2021 to 9 th July 2021, the purchase of a total of no. 18,900 ordinary shares for a total value of Euro 50,767.50.

The purchases were made with the coordination of BPER Banca S.p.A., an intermediary entrusted with full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the program for the purchase of ordinary treasury shares.
