CONSULTATION AGREEMENT AMONG SHAREHOLDERS OF BANCO BPM S.P.A.

Abstract published by parties to the Consultation agreement pursuant to article 122 of the Italian Legislative Decree 58/98 and of article 129 of the CONSOB regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999

Milan, 23 July 2021 – Further to the press release of 23 December 2020, Banco BPM provides, pursuant to article 131 of the Consob regulation no. 11971/1999 ("Consob Regulation"), to disclose an update relative to the "Consultation agreement among Shareholders of Banco BPM S.p.A.", stipulated on 21 December 2020 (the "Agreement"), through the disclosure of the "Abstract pursuant to article 122 of the Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 and of the Consob regulation no. 11971/1999", as delivered to Banco BPM and published on the date hereof on the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" by the parties to the Consultation agreement.

Con riferimento all'Accordo di Consultazione tra soci di Banco BPM S.p.A. stipulato in data 21 dicembre 2020, ai sensi dell'art. 131 del Regolamento CONSOB 11971 del 14 maggio 1999 e successive modificazioni, si elencano di seguito gli azionisti che hanno aderito a tale Accordo alla data del 20 luglio 2021:
